Shaun holds the role of Head of Customer Experience of Bank of Communications Credit Card Center responsible for creating the culture, tools and support structure necessary to deliver excellent customer experience. Her role entails implementing corporate strategies that focus on customer satisfaction across the enterprise and leveraging technological breakthroughs occurring in the marketplace to improve customer experience. Additionally, her team plays a major role in assuring all new products are reviewed on a set of user experience principles before the launch to market. Shaun brings with her over 15+ years of marketing, consumer research and customer experience. Her high energy and enthusiasm for customer experience, combined with her passion for the banking industry, has helped established Shaun as an industry thought leader specifically around the topics of mobile customer experience. Shaun holds a Master Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Economics from University of London.
