Dr. Andy Luk DBA (Surrey), MSc. (UCD), CMC Chief Operating Officer, AXA Partners Ex-Adjunct Associate Professor, University of Hong Kong Dr. Luk is regarded as a respectful Thought Leader, Innovator & Academic Practitioner in Customer Experience Management (CX), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Consumer Insight, Digital Technology and Strategic Marketing in the region. During his career, he serves a number of Global 500 corporations such as AXA, Bertelsmann, MetLife & HSBC as CxO and SVP for their Direct Marketing, CRM & Digital business units for more than 20 years. Notably, as the instrumental strategic leader, he monetizes and maximizes the customer value which significantly contributes to the corporate’s financial results and promotes CX and CRM as one of the core business strategies. In addition, Andy had successfully delivered 30+ advisory projects in Asia Pacific region on CX and CRM with prominent Fortune 500 and blue-chips companies for sake to transform them into real Customer-centric corporations, the projects delivered such as The Swatch Group (HK), HSBC, AIS (Thailand), ING Life (Taiwan), HKSAR Government (HK) and so forth. Apart from being a commercial leader, Andy was also active in transferring his professional knowledges to senior business leaders and postgraduates cohorts. He was the Adjunct Associate Professor of University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He was the academic committee member to integrate and evolve service marketing stream into a new chapter. Andy holds a Master of Science in Marketing with University College of Dublin, Ireland and Doctor of Business Administration with University of Surrey, UK specializing in Strategic Marketing and CRM.
