Miriam Brofman is originally from La Paz, Bolivia. She holds a B.A. in International Hospitality Management from G.L.I.O.N, I.H.E in Switzerland and an M.B.A. in Leadership from the University of Liverpool in U.K.; as well as almost 20 years of experience in customer service, training, and analysis of customer needs and wants in multicultural settings in hotels such as Intercontinental hotel and the Ritz Carlton. Miriam entered the healthcare sector in China joining UFH in 2004, she leads an extraordinary multicultural team devoted to customer service and the patient experience. Miriam was awarded with the Chindex Corporate Spirit Award in 2008 for her ongoing dedication to her work and for her role in inspiring others to achieve a high level of performance in the workplace in addition to several service excellence awards over her carrier. As a solid advocate of service excellence she creatively implements and promotes approaches to improve services across the organization and beyond.
